Jacob's Ladder in a non- profit organization started by Brett LaFollette and Kyle Nelson. Their mission is to serve God by assisting elderly and needy women and families in Wyandotte County with home repair services at very low or no cost. We love you all! Merry Christmas!

Jump Britian and Jump London: Free Running and Parkour

This a documentary about Parkour or Free Running. Basically they run and jump and climb stuff in the streets of London and Paris.

So not only do these guys run and jump off buildings and stuff that is awesome, they have built a philosophy of life around it. Parkour is more about efficient movement and Free Running is more about aesthetics and looking awesome.

I've always loved climbing trees and freestyle walking so I'm totally going to bring this to Kansas City. Maybe not the philosophical crap as much as the jumping off stuff and looking cool.
